The low cost Internet and phone provider Direct Save Telecom has today given its logo a new lick of paint and refreshed their website to be more mobile friendly, which the ISP hopes will enable them to attract more subscribers and improve the customer experience.
As part of this effort we’ve been told to expect some new special offers from DST over the “coming months“, although at present the provider isn’t giving any information away about what will be offered.
“We have invested heavily in this rebrand to offer a cleaner fresh approach aimed at greatly improving the customer experience we provide,” explains Stavros Tsolakis, CEO of Direct Save Telecom. “Our new website now much more aesthetically pleasing on the eye, it is much easier to navigate around so customers can easily find exactly what they are looking for whether it’s a home phone or broadband deal, contract or non-contract, or whether they are just looking for a price comparison. It has been specifically designed to engage customers so they spend more time on the website.”
Personally we’re not huge fans of these big font and scrolling heavy websites, although beauty is in the eye of the beholder and DST claims to have received “excellent” feedback for its efforts with the refreshed design. But as ever it usually takes more than just a design refresh to attract customers and DST will be focusing on that side of things next.
