The cost of domestic grade business connectivity is falling after BT Business slashed the price of their broadband and phone bundles, with some packages reducing by almost half over the usual 24 month contract term and others seeing a more general reduction of -£5 per month off the rental price.
As we’ve come to expect the new prices are only available to those who also opt to bundle in phone line rental, which typically adds £13 +vat per month to the cost of each package (note: including unlimited calls to UK landlines and mobiles would add another +£10 on top of that).
Otherwise all of the discounted bundles include a free connection, free access to BT’s national network of public WiFi hotspots, free 24/7 technical support, an included Hub3 wireless router (£8 +vat delivery charge) or Hub5 with Infinity, 10 email addresses, 50MB of webspace, the option of a static IP address (chargeable) and business traffic is prioritised during peak times.
