Mobile operator Vodafone has today announced that customers of their 4G (LTE) based mobile plans in the United Kingdom will now be able to make use of the same connectivity and their existing allowances (included calls, texts and Mobile Broadband data) while roaming across a total of 58 destinations worldwide.
Existing subscribers can take advantage of this service by paying from just £3 a day for the EuroTraveller add-on or £5 a day for WorldTraveller, the latter of which naturally applies to non-EU countries (note: all out of bundle charges are the same as price plans in the UK).

As part of this customers will be sent free text alerts when reaching 80% of their monthly spending limit. Once the cap is reached, they will not be able to use the mobile internet overseas for the rest of the month unless they text UNCAP to 40209 or call customer services.
