Selkirk-based Internet provider TenTel will today introduce a new offer that cuts the price of their ‘up to’ 17Mbps unlimited and 40GB usage allowance packages in half for the first six months of service. Both packages also require you to take line rental at £15.99 per month, but they only apply a 6 month contract term.
The 40GB allowance package (‘hello broadband 40‘) usually costs £6.99 per month + line rental, although the special offer reduces this to £3.49 per month for 6 months. Similarly the unlimited usage (‘hello broadband unlimited‘) package normally costs £12.99 per month + line rental, but this is now just £6.49 per month for 6 months.
Both packages include a free wireless router, 6 month contract term and free connection, although you can opt for a 1 month contract and this will attract a £35 one-off setup fee. In addition, the ISP claims not to charge any cancellation fees.
