Cable operator Virgin Media has entered the “final stages of development” with their new ‘My Virgin Media‘ App for Android and iOS devices, which will shortly be made available to no more than 1,000 existing customers as part of a closed beta trial.
The new app appears to be similar to the software being offered by rival providers, such as Sky Broadband’s Sky Service App. In other words it will allow existing customers to view their latest bill, check for any issues or updates affecting your local service and offer an option to get additional help or support.
