UK ISP Plusnet has today introduced new “Black Friday” focused discounts on their Fibre-to-the-Cabinet (FTTC / VDSL2) based broadband and phone packages, which further reduce their monthly prices for the first 18 months of service and boost the bundled “Reward Card” (pre-paid Mastercard) to £75.

Mobile operator and UK ISP EE has recently discounted some of their Home Broadband packages as part of the usual Black Friday offers, which for example has seen the price of their 1Gbps capable Fibre-to-the-Premises (FTTP) plan on Openreach’s network fall to £49 per month for 24-months (£57 thereafter). Setup is also free.

Telecoms giant BT will today launch their official Black Friday sale, which looks set to offer the first 3 months of service completely free “across all our broadband packages.” On top of that, all of their TV and Sport packages will be half price for the first 3 months, which is in addition to the 3 months free broadband offer.

Mobile operator EE UK has today announced that Pay Monthly Mobile customers of their service can now take a Microsoft Xbox Game Pass Ultimate with “unlimited gaming data” from £21 a month (£31 with the video data pass) and they can also have an Xbox Series X video gaming console for just £10 upfront.

New customers in areas covered by UK ISP toob, which is currently building a new Fibre-to-the-Premises (FTTP) broadband network around parts of England, will from later this morning be able to benefit from an included £50 Amazon shopping voucher when they sign-up.

Energy provider and UK ISP Shell Energy will later this morning launch their first Fibre-to-the-Premises (FTTP) based broadband packages, which will offer speeds of between 100Mbps and up to 900Mbps+ on Openreach’s national network (currently covering around 6 million premises).

UK ISP Sky Broadband has today kicked off their “Black Friday” discounts by further reducing the price of their “Superfast Broadband” (59Mbps down – FTTC/P) package to just £25 per month and introducing free setup (normally £19.95). On top of that, their optional WiFi Guarantee add-on is now £3 instead of £5 per month.

UK ISP Virgin Media (VMO2) has today introduced a range of “Black Friday” discounts across their various ultrafast broadband-only packages, which now start at just £25 per month for a download speed of 108Mbps (average). Some of their other bundles with phone and TV have also been reduced, but not as much.

Rural focused broadband ISP Gigaclear, which is working to build their gigabit speed Fibre-to-the-Premises (FTTP) network across remote parts of England, has launched a special offer that gives new customers an unlimited 100Mbps (symmetric) service for £19 per month for the first 18 months (£44 thereafter).

UK ISP BT Business will today launch a set of cheaper “Full Fibre Business Essential” packages on their gigabit-capable and Openreach based Fibre-to-the-Premises (FTTP) broadband network. Prices for smaller firms and home workers (SoHo) now start at just £25.95 +vat a month for download speeds of up to 150Mbp (29Mbps upload).

Full fibre UK ISP Hyperoptic, which is rolling out a new gigabit-capable FTTP/B broadband network across parts of 43 towns and cities (mostly large residential buildings and office blocks), have decided to celebrate their 10th anniversary this month by offering their top “gigabit” (900Mbps avg.) package for just £20 per month.

Rural broadband provider Gigaclear, which has already built a gigabit speed Fibre-to-the-Premises (FTTP) network across 230,000 premises in England, has launched a “new” 500Mbps package and until 30th September 2021 this will be discounted to just £27 per month for 18 months (£59 thereafter).
