The ability to select and view video content dynamically and at a day or time of your choosing, such as when viewing movies over a broadband connection. This means that if you miss a TV show or movie then you need not worry because with VoD you can select to view it anytime you like. Often used with IPTV or online video sites (e.g. BBC iPlayer) and services.
