Be' has reported that its service is currently experiencing some DNS related server problems. One of our readers, Adam, managed to receive the following confirmation to his request for support:

We are indeed currently experiencing issues with our DNS Servers. We are working to resolve this issue as soon as we can, and would like to thank you for your patience.
It's unclear precisely what has caused the problem, which can result in difficulties loading websites and accessing e-mails. Given that the issue appears to be focused on the ISPs DNS servers then the free OpenDNS system may be useful as a temporary replacement:
