PCAdvisor.com has revealed that Ofcom received over 27,000 complaints from broadband ISP customers last year, which occurred between 1st January 2006 and October 23rd of the same year.

Reportedly E7even (closed), Tiscali, Bulldog (Pipex), Orange (Wanadoo) and Talk Talk (Carphone Warehouse) related issues made up the bulk of consumer dissatisfaction.
