BT has revealed that its former Chief Portfolio Officer (CPO), Sally Davis, is being promoted to chief executive of BT Wholesale. Davis replaces the outgoing Dr Paul Reynolds, who leaves BT in September to take up the position of CEO at Telecom New Zealand.
