Thinkbroadband reports that UK ISP Ace Internet has been suffering a number of service problems, which could be related to an alleged billing dispute between itself and supplier Entanet.
It's understood that Internet access has now been restored, yet Ace's discussion forum continues to remain offline. However an interesting quote from Entanet's Carol Davies hints towards possible trouble:
"Entanet advise that broadband connectivity has been restored to customers of Ace Internet. Customers should be aware that they will receive a letter from Entanet within the next few days to which they should act upon quickly."
Details are thin on the ground but we hope to have some more information soon.
