Slow web pages weren’t the only pet peeve of the internet shopper, with poor web design (50.4%) and crashing websites (52%) as other annoying traits of their online experience.

Online shoppers were not only impatient when browsing goods online, but over 70% said they cancelled mid-way through checkout due to slow speeds.
