The Sheffield based and BT owned UK ISP Plusnet has promoted its acting CEO, Neil Laycock, to the position of full CEO following his temporary appointment to the role in March earlier this year:
Since joining PlusNet in 2004, Laycock has held positions right across the business giving him a strong insight into the entire company. This included commercial manager, development director, networks director and operations director with responsibility for customer service, network and development.
