ADSLGuide reports that the United Kingdom Internet Forum (formerly 'UK Internet Federation' - group representing smaller ISP's) has announced that the former Executive Chairman of Nominet UK, Dr. Willie Black, has joined as its first chairman.
Similarly Keith Mitchell (CTO, XchangePoint) and Stephen Dyer (Mailbox Internet Chairman) have become its first board members. UKIF is becoming increasingly similar to the
ISPA.
