Eclipse Internet, like many other providers, has used the recent introduction of 8Mbps ADSL technology to revamp its services. The ISP now offers two sets of four packages, one with capped usage levels and the other with a 'Fair Usage' model.
For example, Option 3 'Home Broadband' costs £24.99 per month inc. VAT for up to 8Mbps with a 20GB cap. Sadly each extra 1GB block will cost £1.75. The new options are not dissimilar to those introduced by BT yesterday.
