We've just uploaded a new monthly survey that asks, "How many hours do you spend online per week at home?" and "Do you use the net more in 2008 than last year?". Results from the previous month’s survey can be found below:


Just 17% of voters appear to have witnessed an improvement in their ISPs customer support over the past 12 months, while 23% didn't know if it was better or worse (probably haven't needed support) and 28% said it had stayed the same.

Perhaps understandably for a consumer site like ours, 32% felt that their ISPs customer support department had actually got worse.
