The commercial IPTV / Video-on-Demand (VoD) service being jointly developed by the BBC, ITV and Channel4 - Project Kangaroo, has reportedly been renamed 'SeeSaw'. Unfortunately DigitalSpy reports that disagreements over the best technology to use and an investigation by the Office of Fair Trading (OFT) could see the service delayed until 2009.
