The winners of this year’s annual PC Pro Magazine Awards have been officially announced, with UK ISP
Zen Internet coming top for "
Best ISP".
O2 (
Be Broadband) also received a '
Highly Commended' mention:
WINNER: Zen InternetZen takes the top accolade – the UK’s best ISP – for five years running, and it’s abundantly clear why from the feedback we received. Over 97% of Zen’s customers would recommend the service, which compares rather well to the average figure of 68%. It excels for both customer support and reliability, being leaps ahead of the opposition.
Highly Commended: O2This is a stunning performance from
O2. Although most people choose it due to those highly attractive deals – and it topped our charts for value for money – it backs this up with excellent customer support and strong reliability figures too. No wonder 95% of
O2 customers would recommend their broadband supplier to friends.
DrayTek also won the '
Best Wireless Routers' category, with Buffalo and Netgear being runners up. The full results, including other categories, can be viewed at the link below (note: does not appear to render properly with Internet Explorer):
