A Sunday Times report claims that The Carphone Warehouse has made an offer of less than £450m for Tiscali UK. The move has already been denied by one of Carphone's spokespeople, although many had expected them to table a second offer. Tiscali's sale process fell into disarray following Vodafone's pullout earlier in the summer.
