PlusNet recently offered a few small hints towards how the progress of its 'up to' 24Mbps ADSL2+ broadband trials via
BT's 21CN have been going. Dave Tomlinson from the ISP's Product Team said the following in a
blog post last week:
"As far as our trial is concerned our backhaul link has been successfully installed and our first staff orders are currently in progress and expect to have the first one live in the next week or so. We’ll post a further update in the next couple of weeks to let you know how these trial orders are going."
Several other
BT based ISPs are also known to be preparing 'up to' 24Mbps services, such as
Zen Internet. Both AAISP and a handful of Entanet vISPs have already launched similar products.
