Virgin Media's mobile division, the aptly named Virgin Mobile, has launched a new 30p per day unlimited mobile Internet tariff. Unlike Mobile Broadband, this service appears to be purely designed for mobile phone/handset users:

Plus, with unlimited* web access for just 30p a day – you’ll never need to worry about the cost again. If you Pay Monthly, you’ll be saying goodbye to Bites and hello to one simple rate for accessing the Mobile Web on your phone. So what are you waiting for? Grab your phone and get surfing. It’s never been simpler or cheaper.

Despite the wording above, customers will still need to worry about the costs. Attached is a 25MB daily fair usage policy and those going over this will be charged extra based on their standard data rates.
