Popular online broadband video sharing site
YouTube (Google Inc.) and entertainment giant Metro-Goldwyn-Mayer (MGM) have teamed up to offer visitors access to some of MGM's full length TV shows and films.
MGM is expected to field TV episodes of "
American Gladiators" on one of its channels and films like "
Bulletproof Monk" and "
The Magnificent Seven" on the other. These will be free to watch and accompanied by adverts.
The deal mirrors that made by US broadcaster CBS last month to post episodes of "
Star Trek", "
Beverly Hills 90210" and "
Young and the Restless" in full.
