Surprisingly 52% of our visitors have stuck with their current ISP for over two years, with a further 28% staying put for anything between 12 and 18 months. Interestingly 48% said they planned to change ISP within 2008, while 22.5% remained undecided and 29.5% had no plans to switch. This suggests that many may simply be waiting for longer contracts to elapse before switching.
