Samknows reports that the popular 'up to' 24Mbps broadband ISP
BeUnlimited (O2) has announced plans to expand its unbundled (
LLU) coverage to a further 400 telephone exchanges (2m lines) over the coming four months. The move will allow 'Be' (O2) to reach 67% of the UK population and bring its total of unbundled exchanges to 1,245, which would be second only to TalkTalk's 1645!
There had initially been some concern that O2's introduction of a broadband service based off Be's broadband network would cause congestion problems, although to date both services have held up well, winning praise from customers.
