Nildram (Lobsterpot etc.) has set out to improve its customer support services by appointing Martin Molloy as its new Customer Services Director:
New Customer Services Director for Nildram, Trinité and Lobsterpot
One of the UK Internet industrys great success stories, AccentUK, through its Nildram, Lobsterpot and Trinité brands, has seen unprecedented success and growth as one of the UKs leading providers of Broadband Internet access technology. In order to continue on this path, the organisation has recently recruited a number of key senior staff members to provide direction and focus into the future.
A key factor in the organisations success has been a focus on Customer service something AccentUK has an industry wide reputation for providing. However, the group is aware that it cannot rest on its laurels and must continue to focus on the customer experience if its reputation in the market place is to continue. With this very much in mind, Martin Molloy has joined the team as Customer Services Director.
Martin brings a wealth of experience gained within the telecoms and Internet industries his most recent post being Head of Broadband Customer Service at BT Openworld, where he was responsible for the call center support for over 300,000 UK Broadband users.
As part of his new role within AccentUKs senior management team, Martin will be responsible for inbound sales, order and account queries plus 1st, 2nd and 3rd line support across the organisation. Leveraging his previous experience and expertise, Martin is already making his mark!

This appointment follows a move last year into larger premises in rural Buckinghamshire and is part of a strategy of planning for, and managing, exceptional growth key factors in sustaining a high growth rate whilst maintaining high standards of service and customer care.
