Been with ADSL4less for a while as soon as i went with them they cut me off as i had used my 1GB as they say but I had payed for unlimited. I have now asked for my emails to be sent to my mobile phone, what a problem they do not know how to do it gave me all the wrong information I have spent hours on the phone only to get indian people saying sorry.
I asked for a UK office and was given Gosport Court on Landsdowne road in Chelteham, as i was in Cheltenham I decided to look them up and guess what they do not exist here there is not a gosport court on or near Landsdowne road but there is a large police station who did not know of any address. they refused to giveme a map code until I insisted for one as it is against the law not to issue one.
As I migrate on the 1st of the month they say i have to pay for the whole month. They now say there is an office at 24 Gresswell street in London next time I am near I will check that out as well, they refuse to call you back and it cost a fortune to ring them 2 calls at 29 and 38 minutes just today, needless to say I will pursue this issue further but would say to stay well clear of them.

For the past 20 months we have been with ADSL4Less and had a great experience. However once we had a problem that was it. Support has been patchy at best with all queries being turned into a BT problem; result? We must pay for an engineer to visit. Until this incident all was fine and rosy now we have no internet and ADSL4Less are trying to pass the buck.
Basically you may get a good service from these guys just don\'t expect much if you get a problem.
We\'re migrating to Titan ADSL, thank OFCOM and consumer pressure for free migrations.

I was having intermittent connection problems towards the end of last year. Having been kept on hold for ages the first time I\\\\\\\'d contacted support - back in 2005 when the broadband was put on - I was hesitant about calling them again to get things fixed. ADSL4Less answered the phone quickly and I talked to them for only about a minute @ 10p a minute. They rang back after doing their own tests, rang again to find out when I would be in for a BT engineer to check the line, and called me once more to confirm the date and time. Pretty good stuff and I benefitted from some insight into how to avoid the same problems in future.

I\'ve been with adsl4less for nearly two years, I pay for 512K and that\'s what I get, and it\'s unlimited.
Only problem I\'ve had was when my credit card ran out and that was quickly resolved.
Never seen or noticed any downtime, modem can be slow to connect - easy I leave it on!
As for the different login/passwords, it seemed obvious to me which was for what and I like the seperation (security and all that).
Overall I\'d recommend to anyone, if you can live with the little advert tacked onto the end of your e-mails.

I have been with ADSL 4 Less for something like a couple of years now. I did have some problems initially setting up, like another user mentioned the amount of user names and passwords caused confusion. To log a query its best to use the web facility, but its no good if it doesnt accept the username / password combination youve been given! Anyway after about a week I got it sorted and all been plain sailing ever since. Not limited, good download speeds, fast page access (much better than work, LOL) and good up time. (Never had problems connecting other than my router crashing). All round good service and still seems the best value out there.
