Ever since Rupert from Falconect sold up to Merula the service has been poor, customer service with the original owner was fantastic but Merula lacked the personal touch.
I have now migrated away and speeds and service has been much better.

Summary: Same old story

Moved to this ISP from Madasafish back in 2007 after reading rave reviews on an ISP review site. At the time I was amazed how good the service was. All was well for a few months then inevitably they sold out to a bigger fish, and everything went downhill from there. Any problem, zero service from Falconnet, so you end up begging for help from Entanet who just do not want to know about problems with their resellers. So you end up chasing your tail. You're dealt with like you're making trouble and given curt or snotty replies to any question, no matter how justified. Needless to say I'll be changing ISP when convenient. Just wanted to warn would-be customers to steer clear of these jokers. The quality of broadband has been poor since day 1 but I have no idea how much of that is due to infrastructure/contention where I live. What I do know is that when I queried this with them I got no response whatsoever.

Summary: Ok'ish at times but terrible support
July 6th, 2009 (Last Edited: July 6th, 2009)
Seems just like all entanet ISPs at the moment these guys are having major issues with their speed. Connection speed constantly changes from 7Mbps to 0.5Mbps from one hour to the next, very unreliable.

Support is useless, these guys don't even know their own company name. I call falconnet and some guy at entanet answers and tells me he never heard of falconnet, he then transfers me to some company called blackbird who then transfers me to falconnet.

Entanet and all their ISPs have lost it, time to move on people.

I moved over to Falcon Net after being with Demon Internet for about 7 years, Demon had become very slow in the last year, to a point where it was unusable. I looked at a number of ISP before finally choosing Falcon net. I've been with them for about a month, and they seem great, my only concern is that I've posted a message on their forum a couple of days ago and as yet have not had a response.
