A dreadful wireless service forced on those residents of the Western Isles whose exchanges have been denied ADSL and therefore have no access to any other ISP. Charging an oh-so-reasonable £24.99 per month for 1MB download speed or just £79.99 if you would like 2MB. Transfer limit on the 1MB package limited to 10GB a month; after that they cut you off and demand £10 for 1GB extra - which expires at the end of the month.
Support available during office hours only, and by heck will you need it, the service is the most unreliable you will find. Been off for the last 4+ days due to storm damage.
Annual contract, automatically renews, cancellable only on 90 days notice to expire at renewal date.
Still, it won a "major European award" in 2007 so it must be good, mustn't it???
