I have been a customer of Freedom4 WiFi now for 8 months, and I think their WiFi 3G service gives me and what I think others who read the reviews on this website, what they need.
Where I have found Freedom4 WiFi's service really works well is in busy places like train stations and hotels. I used to be on Vodafone and whenever the train station got busy or during the evenings in hotels I would find myself getting slow speeds or no connection or the connection would keep dropping - very annoying when trying to send an e-mail, especially with an attachment.
What Freedom4 WiFi's service does is connect you to the best network at the time. So as there is WiFi in most train stations and hotels, it connects you to the WiFi even though I would plug in my 3G usb stick into my laptop. The WiFi is obviously not as busy as the mobile networks and I got good speeds, it never disconnects and you get that e-mail away first time!
The other thing which has actually saved me a lot of money is on the international roaming. I went to Japan a few weeks back, and FREEDOM4 WiFi had so many hotspots out there I basically did not have to connect using my 3G stick the whole time I was out there. I am a photographer and I was sending photos back everyday which I’m sure would have cost me hundreds of pounds if I was unable to use WiFi.
Overall their service is fast and stable, I can always get online using both WiFi and 3G and their International service is by far the best of any of the mobile operators. Well done!

I was recommended Freedom 4 WiFi by a colleague and I've not been disappointed. I was told with the 3G WiFi combo the speeds reached are far more impressive, and I've not been let down. I was at the Thistle hotel (Tower Bridge) and I recorded a 21mb (twenty one) donwload speed, I couldn't believe it! It was clearly connecting via the WiFi but the experience is so seamless that you wouldn't really know if you're layman. 3G speeds havn't been bad just over 1mb on average and I've been hiting a WiFi hotspot 1 in 4 times (i think) so really does give you that feeling of a faster service (or more like the more commonly advertised 7.2mb service anyway).
The experience has been great, I've not yet had to use customer service so can't comment on that, but the service out of the package with a few weeks of using it means I can wholey recommend Freedom 4 WiFi to anyone!
