After switching to Invictel 6 weeks ago, I was prompted to leave a review via their website.

I left my old provider TalkTalk has I was getting more and more frustrated with the service received, and general lack of support etc.

I telephoned Invictel before ordering to ask a few questions and was quite surprised to see them using a local rate number, and the member of staff I spoke to was very friendly and helpful. I made an order over the phone and was advised the service would take up to 10 days to activate.

I was sent an email with an activation date, and the service itself went live that afternoon. Invictel kept me up to date with regular emails advising me how my order was progressing.

I haven't had any reason to contact Invictel yet, as everything has been activated as promised. I am getting near to the speed quoted to me when I ordered, so overall I am very happy.

Summary: Switched to Invictel from Sky

I switched to Invictel from Sky 3 weeks ago and I am impressed with their service so far. The migration went well and only had 1 and half hours downtime whilst the switch took place. I am happy with the support offered and I like the ticket system they have on the website. overall i am very happy so far with Invictel.
