Firenet

I was with firenet briefely a number of years ago and the service was dreadful and customer support non-existant. I could never get connected so I switched to another company and haven't looked back since.

I've used Firenet for over 2 years and they're reliable. For a few weeks early 2004 there were problems when a company with whom they were liaising didn't do its job, Firenet decided to do that company's job themselves and since then the service has been good. I've used many isps, small to large, always chasing the best deal, and Firenet have provided the best value for money, least spam, and best support I've seen. If you do get problems, phones are answered quickly and staff are helpful. There are also excellent support forums. Firenet seem to care about providing the best service they can, not just taking your money.
