Demon Internet
I have experienced no end of problems with demon internet. The telephone support is absolutely apalling. I have had to call them around 20 times and call waiting times are regularly in excess of 40 minutes. I have been promised somebody would call me back 4 times and not once did this happen.
They \\\"lost\\\" the billing details for my account which has resulted in them billing me directly rather than through my company. Very frustrating especially as I have now changed employer.
I\\\'m sure they once were a good isp but unfortunately I can\\\'t find any better words to describe them other than utterly incompetent.
