I called into customer services to cancel my account. I was assured the internet would not be shut off before the agreed date.2 days later..no internet.called into the call centre (indian with people named Simon, Neil, Raul and Jessica) and I asked why my internet was cut off.They told me it had been cancelled and couldnt be turned back on.
compensation they offered was to refund the cost of internet service from the cut off date to the agreed off date, and i would still have to pay the remainder of the contract! They then told me there was no way they would pay for me to arrange alternative internet access for the month, after their mistake
