This service was really confusing from the start. I was assigned several username and passwords and it took a while to find out which was the right one.
Whereas most modems connect to the net the moment the computer is up and running, the one I was given could take ages to make a connection.
Support was next to useless and I would be be kept waiting a long time before getting through to someone who could help.
Don\'t let the message \"Cheapest Broadband in the UK\" be a lure. It\'s cheap because everything in this company is.
I\'ve since switched ISPs and with no regrets at all
