Demon Internet

I was a Demon customer in the days of dial-up when they were a fantastic Internet pioneer. When broadband first appeared I moved away and used four different broadband ISP\'s, before coming back to Demon in Oct\'05. I chose Demon because it was the cheapest uncapped service at the time. I paid a year in advance on my credit card.



Demon today are truly the worst ISP you could possibly sign up to. Problems....



1. Frequent disconnects

2. Sometimes no service at all

3. Didn\'t take payment for 3 months (waited till right after xmas)

4. Impossible to get meaningful dialog with them



& to top it off they just billed ?239.84 and I\'m using Zen now
