Been with Demon for a year had some problems with them like they never took payments when they were meant to then got a nice big bill saying they would take it in one lump sum i phoned them and they agreed to let me pay it in three installments then 4 days later they took the whole amount i asked for my speed to be upgraded to 8 meg after being told by BT that my line can support 8 meg when they done tests demon told me it will only take 2 megs there service centre is overseas and the staff can be very rude and ignorant.when i asked for my mac code they didn\'t even ask why i was leaving.
