I\'ve been with Demon for 10 years and generally service has been excellent. However the helpdesk can be awful, it depends who you get. It used to be good all the time. According to BT my line won\'t support more than 512kbps but my actual speed is around 900kbps so I can\'t complain at the speed. I\'ve had no problems with payments. If they sorted out the helpdesk Demon would be superb.
