Demon Internet

I went with Demon because they are supposed to be the ISP for Macs, what a mistake!!
Firstly we were given the wrong package, we were charged ?6.00 a month more. Then we got a bill for well over ?100.00 just before Christmas because of their billing problems, which we had to pay in one lump sum. Since they have \"upgraded\" their speed to 8mb ours has become slower (we can only get 2mb in the area where we live). The internet goes off every day at 4.15pm, we contacted Bombay on numerous occasions, but just get fobbed off, told they will phone back etc, but never do. I have just been on the phone to them and asked for a MAC code.
