I\\\'ve now been with Demon for 4 or 5 years and NEVER had a problem with them. My only complaint is that they are a little dearer than some other providers. I was thinking of changing to a cheaper service but having read the reviews I\'m reconsidering!
I joined up originally for 512Mb Broadband which they updated to 1M, 2M then 8M now I\'m getting 8M speed and I can\'t remember the last time my connection dropped!
Lost a couple of points for Service because the contact email adresses are well hidden on the website but once you get through to them you get answered within a day or 2.
You pay for what you get!
