EFH Broadband
I used EFH for around 9 months without any problems until one day we were cut off. A message informed us that we had not paid our bill and on querying this discovered they'd been experiencing "issues" with their billing system which resulted in the loss or our card details.
Worse followed when our ADSL was cut off a few weeks later. I called and spoke to an utterly disinterested individual who couldn't have cared less that I'd paid for a service they were no longer providing me. His advice, "pick another ISP and sign up". That's exactly what I did.
