First thing you notice about Titan is the fantastic customer support. I have have had Abs call me just to see how things are and also call me straight back after I call them, so that I am not paying for the call and I always get a quick response to any emails I have sent. I have a 2Mb fixed service, as my line is poor, but the connection and speed stay solid and constant at all times of the day and I have a generous 30Gb peak/300Gb off peak download limit for my ?19.99 per month. In comparison to my last ISP, VISPA, both the support and service are like night and day, with VISPA most certainly in the dark.
