TitanADSL

Summary: Fantastic

After bad experiences with Toucan and AOL, I decided to try TitanADSL based on the reviews I saw here, and I've not been disappointed.

Customer service has been excellent, from my initial call just asking about the service.

Speeds have been better than I managed on my up to 8Mbps package on AOL (I normally get speeds arounf 6Mbps, much better than the 4Mbps I averaged on AOL), and I can't recall the service ever dropping, apart from a one hour period when Entanew were upgrading - and Titan notified customers of this in advance,

The packages are excellent value - £19.99 per month for 30GB peak usage and 300GB offpeak usage, which is plenty unless you're going to be using torrents and P2P to excess.  And what you see is what you get - no 'fair use limits' other than the usages specified,

Add to this that the Titan website allows you to track exactly what you've used, you should never go over your limits.

Also, when I signed up back in November 2007, Titan weren't tying customers in to minimum contracts - basically you could cancel straight away if you wanted to, subject to 30 days notice.  I can't see from the website whether this is still offered, but it shows they're confident with their service, and they have every reason to be.

I'm extremely satisfied with Titan.  The connection is fast and reliable, and on the rare occasion that I've needed to contact them they've been curteous and happy to answer any questions.

A fantastic service.
