Moved to Titan from Tiscali 3 months ago and haven't looked back! The support and customer care has been excellent when I've called. I've noticed the odd speed drop during the evening and at the weekend, but for the price and usage allowance thats OK with me as long as they don't get any slower. Things are still slow even now, but haven't got any worse.
Just to update my review - since writing it I've had to leave Titan due to a massive change in my financial situation, to the point where I nearly had to give up on broadband totally. I ended up moving to Talktalk (sorry) but am getting the same speeds for much less (which makes me wonder why I paid so much before!), so it's not all bad (http://www.speedtest.net/result/321582703.png). I cringe when I think about needing support, but thats the price I've had to pay to save as much as possible in the current climate. I will be back once I can afford to as I need the support.
