Iam another Tiscali ex customer. This is the best ISP i've ever had, their support is just so good. I had ongoing connection problems (not their fault) and they bent over backwards to get it resolved. Any info you need, or any problems you have, are dealt with very quickly and pleasantly, it makes a nice change. Their service is fast and reliable, slightly more expensive than some perhaps, but hey, you get what you pay for. Well done guys and thanks for the help. The service is far responsive and my gaming pings are sub 20ms which is great for gamers like me.
