Just moved from Tiscali, who were a disgrace, poor service, support who read from a script, slower than dial-up speeds etc. etc. Titan are a breath of fresh air. The best ISP I've ever had from: Tiscali, Bulldog, TalkTalk and Pipex.

Superb friendly and informative support from Abs, David and the team. They always phone you straight back when you have a query, and are really quick to respond to emails. I had a problem switching over from Tiscali, thanks to BT, but they kept on the case and I'm now getting a pretty constant 5mb connection, which is as fast as my line will allow. Low pings for gaming and no port blocking, along with a month to month contract, make this a great all round package. I'd recommend them to everyone.
