I could not agree more with the previous comment.  Demon also doiuble billed me last year, then said they had not, claimed to refund me and did not.

 I tried to sort this out on endless occasions, spending time and money on sorting out Demon's internal organisational problems.  It is still not resolved.

 I cannot find words to express what I feel about their service.
