TitanADSL

After alot of research I decided to take the plunge and go with TitanADSL for my broadband. All of my initial worries with going with a relatively small company were instantly relieved.

The level of service i recieved has been brilliant. I've called them twice and both times the call was picked up straight away and I think it was the same bloke each time. As far as I'm concerned this is unheard of in the ISP world.

I went live yesterday and the speed is very impressive. Downloads clocked at 4.5Mbs when other companies quoted my max download as 3.5Mbs.

I realise that they are not the cheapest company on the market, but as the old saying goes 'You get what you pay for', and the level of service is excellent.

The only word of warning I have for potential customers is to not provide a Yahoo e-mail address when you sign up, as Yahoo block e-mails from TitanADSL. This is clearly not the fault of TitanADSL however does cause small inconvience. Hotmail does work, FYI.

Overall a highly recommended ISP.
