TitanADSL
I signed up just before Christmas. It was a new provision, not a migration, so took a little longer to activate. However, I did not receive any welcome email, or any other sign of how my application was progressing apart from an email from Entanet about billing. Eventually I called Titan - although they had no explanation as to why I hadn't received any notifications, they were extremely helpful in ensuring that my account was indeed active and working OK.
So far so good, then three days later my access was blocked. Phoned Titan again and was put through to Entanet billing who had apparently blocked my access because I hadn't set up a Direct Debit mandate for my monthly billing. This was particularly annoying as no-one had actually invited me to fill out any DD, and having already supplied a credit card number for the initial set-up charge, I had assumed monthly charges would be made to this.
Anyway, it was soon fixed, but the interruption could have been avoided.
Despite all this, support response is excellent, if they cannot answer the phone immediately you are always phoned back very quickly, and responses to emails is extrememly fast, even outside office hours. Connection speed is very good - I'm getting about 6.3 MBs on a good day.
In summary I would thoroughly recommend Titan to anyone - the only problem I've had is with their administration, but support and quality/speed of connection is excellent.
