This isp is not cheap but was the only bb supplier we could get. Service a little on and off for several weeks - maybe better now. Support slow at times.

£35 is quite expensive , even for a wifi connection but as it is all we can get and no other company is here to compete then it is what has to be paid.



The speed varies a lot, Support is ok with relatively few periods of lost service so far.



Services are basic and you have to pay for extra email addresses if you need them.



Apart from these few few gripes it works ok for us.

This company has supplied wireless broadband to our remote Exmoor village for over a year now and I cannot speak too highly of their service. We are beyond the reach of BT offerings but thanks to Wessex Broadband\'s subsidiary West Somerset Internet enjoy a much superior service to ADSL.



Our location is remote and some of the wireless equipment very exposed. On the rare occasions there have been (weather related) problems support has been friendly, efficient and prompt.



Cannot fault them.
