I joined WebTapestry after jumping from one "Unlimited" IPStream provider to another, only finding more evening slowdowns and well hidden bandwidth limits. Looking for a breath of fresh air, a friend pointed me in the direction of WebTapestry. An ISP who make their fair useage policy clear, and who told me via email that they didn't suffer a peak time slow down. With only a 1 Month contract to be tied to, I gave them a go, and I'm very glad I did. The best way to convey the level of service is to just tell you my experience:

Speed: Rock Solid. 24/7. I sync at just under 6Meg, giving me a profile of 5Meg, and thats what my connection can transfer, no matter what time of day or night. Pings are always excellent.

Services: They offer 3 packages, of 20GB, 40GB and 60GB peak time usage (8AM-Midnight, Mon-Fri) each and unlimited off peak useage. I'm on the 40Gb package, and the off peak useage is truly unlimited, offering the oppotunity to time your downloads overnight and not affect your limit.

Support: Fantastic. By email or phone, its always friendly and fast to respond. I had various line problems when I first joined and they really helped me get it sorted.

Value: By its nature, an excellent IPStream service isn't going to be cheap. For the 40GB service I'm paying nearly £25, but for the quality of service avaliable, its worth every penny for me. For others it may not be, but with 3 or 4 people online together most of the time, rock solid speed is a must.

All in all, an ISP I highly reccomend, if a premium IPStream service is what you need.
